World War One Grenades

A grenade is a small bomb. To dentonate a grenade you would have to pull the saftey pin and throw it. Once thrown the safety lever realeses the striker throws the saftey lever awayfrom the grenade body witch realeses a spring that throws the striker down into the precussion cap, the impact ignites the cap that creates a smal spark. The spark ignites a slow burning material inside the fuse, the fuse ignitets the detonator that sets off a small explosion inside the grenade.

grenades where perfect for trench warfare during world war one you could clear one in seconds. and if the enemy had a turret you could take it out with one
pros and cons of the grenade
pros: good for sneaking up on enemy trenches and blowing them up. light weight, easy to carry, and can take out multiple enemies at once.
cons: there is no turning back once the pin is out and the safty lever is released, they could throw the grenade back at you.
